The process and bonding principle of air through nonwovens were introduced .The design and the formation of double-layer air through nonwovens were analyzed .The main performances of double-layer air through nonwovens in hygiene application , including thickness , density , strike through time and re-wet, were tested.The performance comparison of double-layer air through, one-layer air through, spunbond and thermal bond nonwovens were elaborated .It turn out that there were the advantages in thickness and liquid distribution for double-layer air through nonwovens .%阐述了热风非织造布的制造原理,探讨了复合双层热风非织造布的设计方式和形成机理。测试了复合双层热风非织造布与其在个人卫生护理用品领域中应用密切相关的主要性能指标,包括材料厚度、密度、液体穿透时间和返湿量等,并与单层热风、纺黏和热轧非织造布的性能指标进行对比。结果表明,复合双层热风非织造布在导液性和厚度方面具有优势。
