Compound needle-punched nonwovens which had advantages of needle-punched nonwo-vens and woven fabrics or filament mesh fabrics, could meet consumers'growing requirements for product grade and personalization.Through developing and researching compound needle-punched sofa leather substrate fabric, influence factors of each process were mainly discussed and analyzed, and process parameters were determined.%复合针刺非织造布集针刺非织造布与机织布或长丝网布的优点于一身，可满足消费者对革产品档次和个性化不断提高的要求。对复合针刺沙发革基布进行开发与研究，重点探讨和分析各道工序的影响因素，确定工艺参数。
