基于GIS的土地利用调查及潜力分析研究

摘要

随着城镇化步伐的不断加快，其外延式的扩展模式对土地资源利用产生了较大的破坏和浪费，最终影响城镇的建设及社会的可持续发展。本文基于GIS空间数据库，对某镇的城镇和乡村土地利用进行了调查，并分析了其发展变化的潜力研究，为城镇发展的规划和方向提供了决策支持。%With the accelerating of urbanization, its extension does a great damage and waste to the land resources, which will finally affect the development of the construction and the sustainable development of society. This article based on GeoDatabase, through investigating the land use status, analyzes the potential for land use development and provides decision support for urban planning and resource management.
