核电厂反应堆环吊梁一次吊装工程测量技术

         

摘要

通过研究核电厂反应堆厂房环吊温度变形规律,结合环吊轨道梁螺栓孔定位只限制角向偏差的特征,合理分配各项施测限差,通过冗余测量手段进行验证,保证螺栓孔定位角向偏差在2 mm以内,实现了环吊轨道梁与牛腿上各180个螺栓孔孔位完全匹配,确保了核电厂反应堆环吊梁一次吊装工程顺利实施。%In this paper,by studying the temperature deformation rule of the ring crane beam in nuclear power plant reactor,together with the feature that the bolt hole's positioning for ring crane rail beam is influenced only by the angular deviation,and reasonable distribution of all measurement tolerances,the above-mentioned method had been verified by u-sing the redundant measurement method,which made sure that the bolt hole's positioning angular deviation was limited within 2 mm.Moreover,exact match of the various 180 bolt holes on the beam with those on the bracket was realized, which also ensured that the installation of the ring crane beam in the nuclear power plant reactor was completed success-ful in one step.
