400kt/a硫磺制酸装置的特点及运行情况

The technological feartures and operation of a 400kt/a sulphur-based sulphuric acid plant are described. The plant adopted a double catalysis system with “3+2” circuit. A fire tube boiler was installed after sulphur burner, a high-temperature superheater at pass 1 outlet, and a low-temperature superheater at pass 5 outlet. The steam raised was used for power generation. The main equipment such as stainless steel converter, fire tube boiler, main blower and concentrated acid pumps were made at home. The plant was started up successfully at one time and has been running without any problems ever since.%介绍400kt/a硫磺制酸装置的工艺特点及运行情况。装置采用“3+2”两转两吸流程。焚硫炉后设火管锅炉，转化器一段出口设高温过热器，五段出口设低温过热器，所产过热蒸汽用于发电。主要设备，如不锈钢转化器、火管锅炉、主鼓风机、浓硫酸泵等均为国产。装置一次开车成功，运行正常。
