锌冶炼氧压浸出渣硫资源综合利用方案浅析

摘要

在硫化锌精矿氧压浸出湿法炼锌工艺中，大部分硫以单质形式进入酸浸渣中，此类酸浸渣大部分未经处理直接堆存。详细介绍了国内外3种酸浸渣资源化综合利用方案（焙烧制酸、浸出渣分选及硫精矿浸取硫磺）的工艺流程及生产中的注意事项。结合生产实践中矿的成分不同，选择合适的资源化综合利用方法，不仅可回收有价金属，而且可以减少对环境的污染。%In oxygen pressure leaching of zinc sulphide concentrates, most of sulphur enters into acid-leaching slag as an element, which is heaped directly without treatment. Three kinds of utilization options of acid-leaching slag, producing sulphuric acid by roasting, separating leaching slag and leaching sulphur from sulphur concentrates, are discussed in detail. Selecting appropriate method of resource utilization based on different ingredients of actual ore not only can recovery valuable metals, but also can reduce environmental pollution.
