不锈钢槽管式分酸器降液管内阳极保护电流分散研究

     

摘要

The impact of the diameter of a downcomer pipe,flow rate,the temperature of a concentrated sulphuric acid,and the po-tential of anodic protection on the current dispersion in a downcomer pipe was investigated via a simulated anodic protection experiment in a stainless steel acid distributor and a downcomer pipe.The findings showed that the larger the diameter of a downcomer pipe,the weaker the shield of the anodic protection current;the smaller the pipe diameter,the stronger the shield of current.The increase of the concentrated sulphuric acid flow rate does not favor the current dispersion and the anodic protection.The increase in the temperature of the concentrated sulphuric acid enhances the attenuation of the anodic protection potential in the downcomer pipe.Thus,the increase in the anodic protection potential favors the protection of the downcomer.%通过不锈钢槽管式分酸器降液管阳极保护模拟试验,研究了降液管管径、流速、浓硫酸温度、阳极保护电位对降液管内电流分散的影响.结果发现:分酸器降液管管径越大,对阳极保护电流的屏蔽越弱,管径越小,对阳极保护电流的屏蔽越强;浓硫酸流速增大,不利于电流的分散和阳极保护的实施;浓硫酸温度升高,降液管内阳极保护电位衰减加大;提高阳极保护电位,有利于降液管的保护.
