国内硫化氢湿法制酸技术的工业应用

摘要

介绍了国内硫化氢湿法制酸的原理、工艺流程以及技术特点.晋煤安徽昊源集团有限公司硫化氢湿法制酸装置采用上海科洋科技股份有限公司的ECOSA湿法制硫酸工艺,处理合成气净化装置(低温甲醇洗工艺)的含H2S酸性废气,生产 w(H2SO4)95%~98%浓硫酸,硫回收率达99.6%以上.%This paper focuse on the process and technology of domestic wet sulphuric acid process.The ECOSA wet sulphuric acid process,which was provided by Keyou Process Co.,Ltd. and adopted by Jinmei Anhui Haoyuan Chemical Group Co.,Ltd. was used to treat the waste gase,which was produced by synthesis gas purification unit(low temperature methanol washing).This process produced sulphuric acid consititue 95%-98% w(H2SO4),while the sulphur recovery rate was beyond 99.6%.
