盐泥用脱水设备的选择及应用研究

摘要

文章基于卤水净化工艺盐泥的理化性质特性, 通过对不同脱水设备的原理和盐泥脱水效果经行试验分析.结果表明真空转鼓过滤机对不同卤水净化工艺的盐泥均有较好的脱水效果,并具有结构简单,安装、操作、维护方便;节省人力、能源;符合环保要求等特点,使其在盐泥脱水中表现出了独特的优势,在该领域具有良好的应用前景.%The article compared the results of dewatering of salt mud by different dewatering equipment, based on the physical and chemical properties of the salt mud. Due to the simple structure, ease installation and maintenance, high efficiency as well as eco-friendly feature, the vacuum drum filter shows its own advantages and wide application prospect in the field of salt mud dewatering.
