基于三维微光机电系统光开关的自动定标算法

         

摘要

在三维微光机电系统转镜阵列光开关的研究中,为了提高定标的效率和精度,开发了全通道自动定标系统.经过定标测试和对搜索算法的分析,提出了基于遗传算法的粗搜索与基于爬山算法的精搜索相结合的搜索方式;以一系列实验为基础,提出了全通道搜索方案;最后,在全通道搜索方案的测试中,总结了最优电压与通道行列数对应的变化规律.实验结果表明,该方案具有较高的可行性和搜索效率.%In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the channel calibration, a full channel automatic calibration system is developed to investigate the 3D MOEMS optical switch array.Through the test of the calibration search process and the analysis of the search algorithm, this paper proposes a combined search method of fine search based on genetic algorithm and rough search based on hill search algorithm.Then, full-channel automatic calibration system is proposed based on a series of test experiments.Finally, the variation rule of the optimal voltage and the number of channels and rows are summed up in the test of the whole channel search scheme.The experimental results show that the full channel search scheme has higher feasibility and search efficiency than conventional methods.
