正交试验法优选金毛耳草配方颗粒的提取工艺

摘要

目的：优选金毛耳草配方颗粒的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法，以得膏率、芦丁的转移率为考察指标，考察加水量、提取时间、提取次数3个因素，优选提取工艺。结果金毛耳草配方颗粒优选提取工艺为加12倍量水，煎煮2次，1次1h。结论该工艺条件提取充分，稳定可行，且适用于大生产，可作为金毛耳草配方颗粒的提取工艺。%OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of Hedyotis chrysoticha dispensing Gran-ules.METHODS The extraction process of the dispensing granules was optimized through orthogonal experiment-while the yield of dry extracts,the content of rutin,and influences of solvent dosage,extractiontime and extraction times were studied.RESULTS The optimum extraction process conditions were determined asfollows:To add water with 1∶12 , and to decoct 2 times, decoct time 1 heverytime.CONCLUSION The extraction process is reasona-ble.The method can be used for industrial production.
