几丁糖与人工泪液在干眼症中治疗效果比较

             

摘要

OBJECTIVE To compare the efficacy of chitosan and artificial tears in treating dry eye syn-drome.METHODS 65patientswithdryeyesyndromewereselectedinourhospitalfromFebruary2014toMarch 2015 ,divided into chitosan group and artificial group ,35 cases in chitosan group using 3%chitosan treatment ,30 ca-ses in artificial group treated with artificial tear drops treatment ,compared the amount of tear secretion ,tear breakup time difference before and after treatment ,and treatment efficacy.RESULTS Tear secretion,tear film break-up time・ 90・of two groups before treatment had no significant different ( P>0.05 );For chitosan group patients after treatment , Schirmer was 4.8 ±3.7mm,tear film break-up time was 3.7 ±2.0s,much better than artificial patients Schirmer was 2.5 ±2.8 mm and 2.9 ±1.6 s( P0.05).CONCLUSION Chitosan can effectively improve the patient′s tear se-cretion,tear film breakup accelerated ,with a very good clinical efficacy in the treatment of dry eye syndrome .%目的:对比分析几丁糖与人工泪液治疗干眼症的临床疗效差异。方法选取2014年2月~2015年3月我院干眼症患者65例,随机分为几丁糖组和人工组,几丁糖组35例患者行3%几丁糖滴用治疗,人工组30例患者采用人工泪液局部滴用治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的泪液分泌量、泪膜破裂时间及治疗疗效差异。结果两组患者治疗前泪液分泌量、泪膜破裂时间无统计学差异,P>0.05;几丁糖组患者治疗后泪液分泌量4.8±3.7mm,泪膜破裂时间3.7±2.0s,明显优于人工组患者2.5±2.8mm泪液分泌量,2.9±1.6s泪膜破裂时间,P<0.05;几丁糖组患者治疗有效率为85.7%与人工组76.7%治疗有效率无统计学差异,P>0.05。结论几丁糖能够有效提高患者的泪液分泌,加速泪膜破裂,在治疗干眼症上具有十分不错的临床疗效。
