基于牙周生物型的上颌中切牙分类

             

摘要

目的 采用树图分析法对南京大学青年人的上颌中切牙临床牙冠形态进行分类,为前牙美学修复提供参考.方法 获得南京大学114例青年自愿者上颌中切牙临床牙冠的图像数据,使用Digimizer软件测量每个样本的牙冠长度(CL)、龈缘角度(GA)、邻接区高度(CS),使用SPSS、PAST软件将所有样本的CS/CL和GA值进行树图分析及Pearson相关性检验;根据Williams上颌中切牙分类法对样本进行分类,并对所有样本的TA/TB和GA值进行树图分析及Pearson相关性检验.结果CS/CL和GA值的树图分析结果显示为3类(A、B、C组),得到的分组指标数据分别为CS/CL≤42.6583%,42.6853< CS/CL≤57.8067%,CS/CL>57.8067%.3组的GA值、CS/CL值均有统计学差异;TA/TB和GA值的树图分析结果显示分类节点为零,Pearson检验无相关性.结论 本研究CS/CL和GA值的树图分析结果显示分组指标数据与美国塔夫斯大学采用树图分析法获得上颌中切牙的分类指标数据非常相近,可以对上颌中切牙进行分类.TA/TB和GA值无相关性,不能进行树图分类.%Objective To explore the morphology and classification of maxillary central incisors of Nanjing University youths by using tree graph analysis method and to provide reference for aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth.Methods The digital photographs of maxillary central incisor samples were provided by 114 Nanjing University youth volunteers.The crown length (CL),gingival angle (GA) and contact surface height (CS) of each sample were measured via Digimizer.The CS/CL ratios and GA values of all samples were processed by tree graph analysis and Pearson correlation test in SPSS.Williams maxillary central incisors classification method was used to classify samples and tree graph analysis and Pearson correlation test were used to process their TA/TB and GA values.Results Tree graph analysis result of CS/CL and GA values showed that it could be divided into three categories (group A,B and C),the indexes of each group were CS/CL ≤ 42.6583,42.6853 <CS/CL ≤ 57.8067,CS/CL > 57.8067.There were statistical differences among three groups with respect to GA and CS/CL values.Tree graph analysis result of TA/TB and GA values showed that the classification node was zero and there was no correlation found in Pearson test.Conclusion Tree graph analysis result of the CS/CL and GA values shows that the individual group index data of this study is very similar to the classification index data of maxillary central incisors which was done by Tufts University via tree graph analysis,maxillary central incisors can be classified.There is no correlation between TA/TB and GA values,and they cannot be classified by tree graph analysis.
