Taking a two-story perfabricated steel residential building as an example, the low-rise steel structure residential system was introduced in detail. The project adopted a floor-by-floor assembled steel braced frame structure system,a new type of beam-column joint with cross conversion column and a new type of prefabricated bracing system were designed. The floorslab was made of a new type of hollow multi-ribbed floor with prefabricated rebar truss. The exterior enclosure system adopted ALC slabs which were hanged outside of the steel structure system. The beams and columns were hidden inside the wall, so as to avoid affecting the appearance, and the construction could be convenient and quick.
