农户可持续生产技术采用的集成效应研究

         

摘要

基于安徽省调研农户数据,在考量可持续生产技术对农户技术效率影响的基础上,运用倾向得分匹配方法分析农户采用测土配方技术、秸秆还田技术、免耕栽培、节水灌溉与病虫综合防治五种可持续生产技术的集成效应。结果表明:调研农户的技术效率均值为0.422;农户可持续生产技术采用数量越多,越有利于投入量减少或产出增加,提高农户技术效率;集成采用可持续生产技术对农户技术效率的平均处理效应均值为0.057,描述统计方法高估了可持续生产技术的集成采用效应。因此,政府应注重技术的协同采用,充分发挥多种技术的集成效应,实现技术采用效用的最大化。%Based on household survey data in Anhui Province,this paper analyzes farmers'adoption integrated effects of soil testing technology,straw technology,tillage cultivation,water-saving irrigation and integrated pest five sustainable production technology using propensity score matching on the basis of considering affect sustainable production techniques to farmers technical efficiency.The results show that farmers'technical efficiency mean is 0.422.The more Farmers adopt the number of sustainable production techniques,the better to reduce inputs or increase outputs and improve the farmer's technical efficiency. The average treatment effect of integrated adopting sustainable production techniques for farmer technical efficiency is mean of 0.057.Descriptive statistics sustainable production methods overestimate the effect of the use of technology integration. Therefore, the government must focus on collaborative use of technology,and give full play integrated effect of multiple technologies to achieve technology uses utility maximization.
