经济社会发展测度指标体系的理论演变

摘要

The economic and social development index system is quantitative measurement tool which reflects our national and regional economic and social overall development.In this article the authors have sorted out the organization aim and the theoretical basis of index system design of several typical economic and social development,analyzed the main framework and content of each index system and sorted out the development and evolution process of the design of each index system.Through literature study,we have found that the index system design of each typical economic and social development fits the aim of the design organization.And the measurement contents of the indicator system have obvious characteristics of being comprehensive and consistent.The organizational characteristics and the characteristics of the times of each index system are apparent.%经济社会发展指标体系是反映国家和地区经济社会全面发展水平的定量测度工具。在对几个典型的经济社会发展指标体系设计的组织宗旨、理论依据进行梳理的基础上，分析了各指标体系的主要框架和内容，厘清了各指标体系设计的发展与演变过程。通过文献研究发现，各个典型的经济社会发展指标体系设计契合了设计机构的宗旨，指标体系测度内容趋于全面、一致的特征明显，各指标体系具有鲜明的组织特点和时代特征。
