标准化在国家公园体制建设中的应用探讨r——以浙江省开化钱江源国家公园为例

开化钱江源国家公园是浙江省唯一的国家公园体制试点.在分析明确开化钱江源国家公园的内涵和目标定位基础上,分析了以标准化手段支撑国家公园建设的重要性,提出了开化钱江源国家公园标准化工作的总体原则,以及构建以"国家公园体制试点区域标准体系"为核心,"辐射县域标准体系"为补充的全县域标准体系的总体思路,并对重点领域的标准研制作了探讨.%Kaihua Qianjiangyuan national park is the exclusive national park system experimental unit in Zhejiang province. Taking it as an example, the paper analyzes the connotation and objectives of Kaihua national park and the important role of standardization in the establishment of national park system, and puts forward the overall principles of standardization work in the establishment of national park system and the general ideas in the establishment of the standards system of the area composed of the sub-standard system of national park system experimental unit and the sub-standard system of radiation areas. And it finally discusses the standards development in key fields.
