二次固溶热处理对GH4169合金板材组织和室温性能的影响

         

摘要

Sampling from the finished GH4169 alloy plate solid solution air cooled in the roller hearth fur⁃nace located in the production workshop, conducting heat treatment on the sample, testing its structure and prop⁃erty at room temperature in the laboratory, comparing and analyzing its testing results, it’s concluded that the wa⁃ter cooled plate has finer grain and higher strength than the air cooled plate after GH4169 alloy plate is solid solu⁃tion retreated in the laboratory;there is certain relationship between the tensile property at room temperature and the grain size of GH4169 alloy, GH4169 alloy with finer grain has higher strength relatively, GH4169 alloy with coarser grain has lower strength relatively;the hardness of aged GH4169 alloy plate is related to its compositions closely.%  通过对生产车间滚底炉固溶空冷态GH4169合金板材成品取样,在实验室热处理、检测组织和室温性能,并进行对比和分析,得出:GH4169合金板材实验室重新固溶热处理水冷态比空冷态晶粒细小,强度高;GH4169合金板材室温拉伸性能与晶粒大小存在一定关系,当晶粒细小时强度较高,反之则强度降低;GH4169合金板材时效态硬度值与成分密切相关。
