成材商品锭质量判定的超声波检测分析与改进措施

         

摘要

应用超声波探伤检测手段,结合高低倍、电子探针等检验方法,找到钢锭锻后成品材超声波探伤检测不合的原因。通过对钢锭冶炼、浇注、冷却制度等工艺的调整,制订出商品锭专用冶炼工艺路线。使得锻比(碳合结钢3.0,高合金钢4.0)得以保证的情况下,商品锭锻后的成品钢材可满足Ⅲ级检测标准要求。%The reasons of unqualified UT results for the forged products were found by using ultrasonic flaw detection method combined with the macrostructure and microstructure testing, electronic probe test method. Through the adjustment of processes such as ingot smelting, casting, cooling system and so on, a special smelting process route for commodity ingot was formulated. By which the finished steel product forged from commercial ingot can meet the requirements of grade III detection standard under the condition of guaranteeing forging ratio(carbon structural steel≥3.0,high alloy steel≥4.0).
