理顺生产工艺流程提升产品市场竞争力

         

摘要

攀长特公司原有生产单元比较分散,生产设备重复,生产工艺流程相互交叉,造成同一产品走不同的工艺流程后其成本差异较大,各生产线的产品质量也不尽相同,从而影响公司产品的市场占有率.本文根据生产线平衡设计理论和作业成本管理理论等理论,结合公司整体战略,淘汰落后产线;合理使用炼钢主料及铁合金,理顺炼钢流程,金属回收率大大提高;密切关注市场需求,结合公司实际情况,确定高品质产品的工艺流程;优化钢锭红送工艺,理顺钢锭红送工艺流程.企业通过对原有工艺流程的重新塑造包括进行相应的资源结构调整和人力资源结构调整,降低了生产成本,提高了企业整体竞争力.%The product market share of Pangang Group Jiangyou Changcheng Special Steel Co.,Ltd was reduced by great differences in qualities and its production costs for the same product produced by different process flows due to the dispersion of its old plants,repeat of equipment,and intersection of processes.This paper presents some measures that have been taken to cut production cost and improve competitiveness of the company,such as phasing out outdated production line according to general strategies of the company and the theories of balancing design of production lines and management of operation costs: making proper use of main ingredients and alloys,and streamlining processes to make recycle rates improved; keeping a close watch on market demands, and finding out the proper processes for high-quality products based on the real situation of the company;optimizing the process flow of charging hot ingot;ad-justing the structure of resources,including human resources.
