扶余油田废弃井处置技术研究与应用

         

摘要

扶余油田是吉林地区最早投入开发的油田,当前大量注采老井问题严重,对油田开发产生不良影响.为此,运用优化废弃井井下作业方案设计的方法,进行不同井况类型永久废弃封井工艺技术研究,形成了一整套适合该油田特点的废弃井处置工艺技术.现场实际作业效果表明,该技术能满足SY/T6646 - 2006废弃井作业标准对关键部位水泥封堵厚度的相关要求,有效隔离油水层段,并防止层间窜流,现场施工合格率达到98%以上.%Fuyu Oilfield was the earliest oilfield being put into development in Jilin province. A number of existing production and injection wells are facing serious problems, which cause adverse effect on oilfield development. The technology of permanent abandonment of wells under different conditions has been studied through optimization of downhole operation program, thus formed a complete set of abandoned well treatment techniques appropriate for the characteristics of this oilfield. The result of field application indicates that this technology can satisfy SY/T6646 - 2006 standard on abandoned well operation regarding cement plugging thickness at key positions, and can effectively isolate oil and water intervals and prevent interlayer channeling, with a qualification rate up to 98%.
