表面活性剂降压增注机理及其在镇北油田的应用

             

摘要

The low permeability reservoirs in Zhenbei oilfield have poor physical properties. After developed by traditional methods, part of the wells have presented high water injection pressure, rapid pressure rising, rapid energy consumption, under — injection and so on. Conventional measures such as acidizing plugging removal have short validity and high cost. Therefore, we developed a new type of synthesized fluorocarbon surfactant FCS - 08, which can effectively reduce surface tension and interfacial tension, andrnalter rock wettability. This new technology has been tested in 3 wells. All have shown good effect of reducing injection pressure and increasing injection, of the 3 wells, Zhen 298 -307 had injection pressure decreased by 32. 3% and apparent injectivity index increased by 87. 04%.%镇北油田低渗储层物性较差,受传统开发方式的影响,部分井存在注水压力高、上升速度快、能量消耗快、长期欠注等现象,常规的酸化解堵等措施有效期短、费用较高.为此,研制合成了新型氟碳表面活性剂FCS-08,能有效降低表面张力及界面张力,改变岩石表面润湿性.该项新技术在现场试验3口井,均取得了较好的降压增注效果,其中的镇298-307井注水压力降低32.3%,视吸水指数升高了87.04%.
