空间反射镜组件 Bipod 柔性元件卸载能力分析

         

摘要

Due to the quasi-isostatic property and the offloading capacity to the temperature change and manufacture and assembly errors, the Bipod flexure plays an important role in space remote sensor, especially in space mirror support structure. In the paper, the typical bipod flexure applications are overviewed and then the classification is updated on the basis of the previous work. Then the relations between the flexibility of bi-pod and the offloading capacity are studied by introducing the relative stiffness ratios and the relative dis-placement ratios, and a numerical example is investigated to show the above relations, which might be helpful for the designers to exert the advantage of flexibility and thus to raise the offloading capacity.%  由于准静定特性以及对温度和制造装配误差的良好卸载能力,Bipod 类型的柔性元件在空间遥感器特别是空间反射镜支撑结构上发挥着重要作用。主反射镜的性能在光机系统设计中占据着重要地位。文章在前期工作基础上对 Bipod 的分类方法进行了改进,引入相对刚度比和相对位移比的概念来描述反射镜 Bipod 柔性元件的卸载能力,并通过实例分析证明,随着相对刚度比的降低,Bipod 柔性元件的卸载能力得到进一步增强,反射镜的面形精度也得到显著改善。相对刚度比参数的引入为设计者选择合适的柔性元件提供了参考。
