一种基于人工智能技术的卫星遥感载荷系统方案

         

摘要

The paper faces to the demand of the future space reconnaissance, with the purpose of fast getting and distributing information. This paper mainly focus on the shortcomings of existing space optical remote sensing system, such as low efficiency, aimless observation, low time resolution, etc, and studies satellite remote sensing payloads based on artificial intelligence. This paper proposes a scheme of intelligent satellite remote sensing payloads, including intelligentized expert system and intelligentized performing system,and explains the work process of intelligent satellite remote sensing payloads system with a river valley as an example. It can provide an effective and viable technology for space reconnaissance of our country, and can have great value in the areas of instantaneous reconnaissance responding, paroxysmal affairs orienting and martial aim tracing.%文章面向未来航天遥感需求,以快速获取有效信息、实现信息分发利用为目的,针对传统遥感载荷成像方式的目标针对性不强、时效性差、数据冗余等问题,开展基于人工智能技术的智能化卫星遥感载荷系统技术研究。给出智能化卫星遥感载荷的总体方案及智能专家系统、智能执行系统的方案设计,并以河流流域目标观测为例,介绍智能卫星遥感载荷系统的工作过程。该方案设计可以为提升航天光学遥感的时效性和有效性提供一种新的技术手段,在目标观测在轨即时响应、突发事件的快速定位与解译、移动目标的快速捕获及跟踪等领域具有一定应用价值。
