炭色离褶伞是滇西北一种珍稀的大型食用菌资源.本文初步探讨炭色离褶伞菌丝生长所需要的最适碳源、氮源以及不同碳氮比对菌丝生长的影响.结果表明:炭色离褶伞菌丝生长最适碳源是葡萄糖,最适氮源是酵母浸膏,最适碳氮比是20∶1～25∶1.%Lyophyllum carbonarium is one of the most delicious edible mushroom in the northwestward of Yunnan province. This paper mainly studied on the effects of optimal carbon sources、nitrogen sources and C/N ratios on mycelia growth. The results shows that the optimal carbon source was glucose, the optimal nitrogen source was yeast extract paste, the optimal C/N ratio was 20:1-25:1.
