四川烟草病毒病毒源植物检测及分析

     

摘要

338 samples of more than 20 species tobacco virus host plants from mainly produced tobacco area in Sichuan were tested by ELISA means. The results showed that many crops and weeds were infected with the tobacco virus TMV, CMV and PVY. In the samples of tobacco virus host plants, there was a high virus detection rate in the vegetables and weeds such as tomatoes, eggplant, Solanum xaruhocarpum, lettuce, radishes, peppers, beans, potatoes, chrysanthemum and Solanum nigrum, which was 89 % ,88 % ,84 % ,83 % ,75 % ,67 % ,60 % ,54 % ,50 % and 50 % , respectively. These plants which were the carrying host and overwinter host of tobacco virus and aphids, were one of the important tobacco virus source after tobacco was transplanted to field. The virus host plants and insect vectors were considered as the important factors to prevent tobacco virus disease.%采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)方法对四川主产烟区的20余种烟草病毒病毒源植物共计338个样品进行了检测,结果表明:许多作物和杂草上都携带有TMV(普通花叶病毒)、CMV(黄瓜花叶病毒)和PVY(马铃薯Y病毒)等烟草病毒,其中尤以蔬菜和杂革的带毒率高.在检测的样品中,病毒检出率较高的有番茄、茄子、黄果茄、莴苣、萝卜、辣椒、蚕豆、马铃薯、菊花、龙葵等,检出率分别为89%、88%、84%、83%、75%、67%、60%、54%、50%、50%.这些植物既是烟草病毒病的携带者和越冬寄主,又是蚜虫的中间寄主,是移栽后大田烟草病毒病的重要毒源.毒源植物及传毒介体是烟草病毒病防治的重要考虑因素.
