光照强度对草莓主要品质的影响

             

摘要

Effects of light intensity changes in the ranges of light saturation point (LSP) and light compensation point (LCP) on main quality of 2 strawberry varieties Zhangji and Hongjia were studied in artificial environment and under same temperature and humidity in the lab, to explore the effect of light intensity to quality of strawberry in Guizhou as a specific area. The results showed that the changes of light intensity had significant impact on content of total sugar, Vc and pectin, while there was no impact on single fruit weight, soluble solid, and acid content. The optimal light intensity which improved the integrated quality of strawberry was 339. 6 -452.8(I.mol m~2s~'. The response of varieties was slightly different to the changes of light intensity, particularly, there was greater impact in variety Hongjia than that of Zhangji.%为了解贵州特殊区域下光照强度对草莓品质的影响,通过实验室的人工环境,在温、湿度不变的条件下,将章姬、红颊2个品种植株放置在特定的光照强度中,研究草莓光饱和点和补偿点区间内光强的改变对果实主要品质的影响.研究表明:光照强度的改变可显著影响总糖、Vc、果胶含量,对单果重、硬度、可溶性固形物、含酸量没有显著影响,提高草莓果实综合品质的适宜光强为339.6~452.8 μmol/(m2·s);不同品种对光强改变的反应稍有不同,红颊品质受光强影响较章姬大.
