以百合3个野生种和8个商业品种组织培养苗为试验材料,通过低温胁迫,测定叶片相对电导率、丙二醛含量、抗氧化酶类(SOD,CA T,POD)活性,研究其耐寒性.结果表明,随着低温胁迫时间的延长,所有供试百合相对电导率和抗氧化酶类活性逐渐增强,丙二醛含量变化随不同百合品种而有所不同.综合分析表明,3个野生种和8个商业品种的耐寒性依次为玫红百合>兰州百合>淡黄花百合>查理>回归线>王室之夏>黄天霸>雷山1号>白狐狸>皇族>埃及.该研究为选择百合露地栽培品种,降低生产成本及筛选培育耐寒品种提供一定的理论依据.%The cold-tolerance of Ljly including 3 wild species: L. Amoenum, L, davidii var. Unicolor Cotton, L. Sulphureum and 8 commercial varieties; Egypt, Star Gazer, Clair, Tropic, Royal Trinity, White Fox, Lei mountain, Manissa was studied. The level of MDA, relative e-lectronic conductivity and the activity of antioxidant enzymes (SOD, CA T, POD) were tested after low temperature treatment. The results showed: with the low temperature period extending, the activity of antioxidant enzymes and the relative electronic conductivity gradually increased , while the level of MDA were different within 3 wild species and 8 commercial varieties. According to the research, the ability of cold-tolerance of Lilium above mentioned showed as; L amoenum > L. Davidii var unicolor Cotton > L. Sulphureum > Clair > Tropic > Royal Trinity > Manissa > Lei mountain > White Fox > Star Gazer > Egypt. This studies provided some theoretical basis to lowing product cost and cultivating cold resistance variety of Luium.
