EDTA活化土壤中Cu2+的模型研究

             

摘要

In recent years, with the rapid development of industry and agriculture,copper pollution became more and more serious, and copper pollution in soil became an important factor influencing human health. Based on the single factor experiment, the removal of Cu( II ) in soil was optimized by quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combination design. The quadratic orthogonal regression model of the potential removal rate of Cu( Ⅱ) in soil(y) to four factors of Cu( Ⅱ) content in soil(X1,), oscillation time(X2),pH(X3 )and EDTA density(X4) was established as Y= 56.87978 -3.66436JT, + 3.45332Jf2 + 2.50249X, -3.47017X12 -4.44244X5 +2.00750X1X4 +2. 00750X2X3. It was concluded from the model that when Cu( II ) content in soil was 306.3 mg/kg, oscillation time was 5.86 h, pH value was 6.6 and EDTA density was 0.056 mol/L,the potential removal rate of Cu( II ) in soil(y) (y) reached 70.97 % ,and it was consistents with the confirmatory experiment result.%近年来,随着工农业生产的快速发展,环境中铜污染也越来越严重,土壤铜污染已成为影响人类健康的-个重要因素之-.本文在单因素实验基础上,采用二次回归正交旋转组合设计对土壤中的Cu(Ⅱ)去除进行了优化,建立了土壤Cu(Ⅱ)潜在去除率(y)与土壤Cu(Ⅱ)含量(X1)、振荡时间(X2)、pH值(X3)和EDTA浓度(X4)四个因素间的正交回归模型:Y=56.87978-3.66436X1+3.45332X2+2.50249X3-3.47017X21-4.44244X24+2.00750X1X4+2.00750X2X3.从模型推知,土壤Cu(Ⅱ)含量为306.3 mg/kg、振荡时间为5.86 h、pH值为6.6和EDTA浓度为0.056 mol/L,在此条件下土壤Cu(Ⅱ)潜在去除率达70.97%.验证实验结果与模型值相等.
