速生桉叶片对盆栽玉米抗性生理的影响

         

摘要

[Objective] To provide a basis for the adjustment of eucalyptus leaves and eucalyptus forest land,the effects of eucalyptus leaves accretion on the resistance physiological of maize were studied.[Method] The five treatments were set as follows:mature eucalyptus leaves 0 g/pot (CK);mature eucalyptus leaves from 3-month-old tree,225 g/pot;mature eucalyptus leaves from 3-month old tree,652 g/pot;mature eucalyptus leaves from 1-year-old tree,225 g/pot;mature eucalyptus leaves from 1-year-old tree,652 g/pot.The experiments were conducted with three replications in a complete random block design.And the contents of chlorophyll and activity of SOD/POD/CAT in maize were analyzed in the jointing stage and the maturation stage.[Result]The content of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b in maize leave were decreased with the increase of accretion amount and leafage of eucalyptus leaves.The activity of SOD in maize (leaves and root) was increased with the increase of accretion amount and the leafage of eucalyptus leaves;The activity of POD in maize with eucalyptus leaves accretion (leaves and roots) was significantly higher than that of the control.As corn plant grew,the activity of POD in maize leaves was decreased,but the activity of POD in maize roots was significantly increased.The activity of CAT in maize leaves was increased significantly in the maturation stage,the activity of CAT in maize roots was significantly higher than that of the control,and it increased with the accretion amount and the leafage of eucalyptus leaves.[Conclusion] The eucalyptus leaves accretion treatment reduced the content of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b in maize leaves,and affected its photosynthesis function.In order to alleviate the chemical stress from the decomposition of eucalyptus leaves,Maize regulated the activity of antioxidant enzymes in its body.%[目的]研究速生桉叶片分解对玉米抗性生理的影响,以期为桉树砍伐后桉叶和桉林土壤的合理利用提供依据.[方法]采用3个月和1年生树龄的速生桉成熟叶片,分别设置了不添加桉叶(CK)、225 g/盆和652 g/盆添加量共5个处理进行玉米盆栽试验,并于玉米拔节期和收获期分析玉米叶绿素含量变化及玉米保护酶系统(SOD、POD、CAT)的活性变化.[结果]玉米叶片叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量随着桉叶添加量和叶龄的增加而减少,玉米叶片和根系的SOD活性随桉叶添加量和叶龄的增加而增大,添加桉叶处理下玉米叶片和根系POD活性显著高于对照处理,随着玉米的生长,叶片POD活性逐渐下降、根系POD活性显著提高.添加桉叶处理的玉米叶片CAT活性在收获期显著提高,玉米根系CAT活性显著高于对照处理,且随桉叶添加量和叶龄的增加而增加.[结论]桉叶添加处理降低了玉米叶片中的叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量,影响其光合作用机能;玉米通过调节体内抗氧化物酶活性来缓解桉叶分解过程中产生的化感胁迫.
