It is necessary to carry out on-line verification to the relay settings based on the traditional off-line fault prediction method. Several key technologies of on-line verification are studied and proposed in this paper, including the EMS data acquisition, the forma-tion of real-time operation mode, connection with relay information system, verification calculation, and verification process, etc. On this basis and with the actual situation of Guangxi power grid, EMS based relay settings on-line verification system for Guangxi Power Grid is designed and developed, and its general idea and structure, hardware design and database design are presented. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed system are verified with a practical application.%传统离线预想方式整定出来的继电保护定值需要进行在线校核。研究了在线校核所涉及到的若干关键技术,包括EMS互联数据读取、实时运行方式形成、与保护信息系统互联、校核计算及流程等,对其难点和实现方法进行了讨论。在此基础上,结合广西电网实际情形,设计并开发了广西电网基于EMS的继电保护定值在线校核系统,详细介绍了该系统的总体思路与结构、硬件设计、数据库设计等。工程实际应用与在线运行分析结果验证了该系统的可行性与有效性。
