The problem of SF6 leakage from high-voltage electrical equipments concerns the safe operation of power systems, economic benefit and enviroment protection, and thus it is necessary to have effective detection methods. Classifying dozens of the detection methods into active and passive ones, this paper does a comparison among them according to their detection form, real-time character, detection range and accuracy, working status and complexity as well as the cost, poinding out the usuable condition for each method.% 高压电气设备SF6气体泄漏问题关系到电力系统安全运行、经济效益以及环境保护,有效的检测方法显得十分必要。将现今检测SF6气体泄漏的十来种方法划分为主动和被动检测方式两分类,并对这些方法的检测形式、实时性、检测距离、精度、是否断电情况和复杂程度以及成本做了详细的对比,指出各种方法的适用情况。
