南方电网调度综合计划管理与评估系统研发

摘要

An appropriate indicator system is very important for the power grid dispatching management.A comprehensive plan man-agement and evaluation support system ( CPMESS) is developed for China Southern Power Grid ( CSG) in this paper.The system is able to realize automatically collecting and checking, flexible indicator configuration and whole process management as well as multi subject analysis of indicators.The application practice shows that the management workload is reduced greatly and the automation level of indicator management is increased with the system.Moreover, the system is able to meet the requirement of adapting the indicators corresponding to the evaluation content change.%一个恰当的指标体系对于电网调度管理是十分重要的。设计并开发了南方电网调度综合计划管理与评估系统，实现数据的自动采集与校验、指标的灵活配置与全过程管理、以及指标的多主题分析。实际应用结果显示，该系统极大降低了管理工作量，提高了指标管理工作的自动化程度，并能适应指标集评估内容变化的要求。
