智能变电站二次系统开关量输入和跳闸命令输出有赖于高可靠性的GOOSE回路,其在线监测与故障诊断是智能变电站的重要功能.针对智能变电站GOOSE回路断链的故障诊断问题,提出了基于Petri网的智能变电站GOOSE回路故障诊断方法,通过Petri网模型的计算实现了故障点的准确定位.根据智能变电站GOOSE回路能够间隔解耦的特征,以线路间隔的GOOSE回路和母线间隔的GOOSE回路为典型对象,研究了分间隔GOOSE回路的Petri网模型建模方法.最后,以线路间隔的智能终端GOOSE断链,以及线路保护GOOSE断链与母线测控GOOSE断链两个场景为例,使用GOOSE回路的Petri网模型进行故障诊断,准确定位故障点,验证了方法的有效性.%The digital value inputs and the trip command outputs of smart substation secondary system depend on the highly reliable operation of GOOSE circuits, of which the on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis are important functions of smart substation.Aiming at the fault diagnosis for GOOSE circuits interruption of smart substation, this paper proposes a fault diagnosis method for GOOSE circuits of smart substation based on Petri net, which accurately locate the fault points by model calculation.In this paper, according to GOOSE circuits of smart substation with the feature of decoupling in bays, GOOSE circuits of line bay and GOOSE circuits of busbar bay are chosen as study representatives to establish Petri net models.Finally, two scenarios, including a GOOSE interruption of the intelligent terminal as well as the line protection and busbar measurement and control device in a line bay, are studied in this paper, which can precisely locate faults and verify the effectiveness of proposed Petri net model of GOOSE circuits.
