基于合作博弈的工业园区综合能源系统成本分摊及收益分配方法

摘要

公平合理的成本分摊和收益分配是工业园区综合能源系统中各参与主体关注的焦点.首先,分析了工业园区综合能源系统中各参与主体独立运营与合作运营模式的特点,重点分析了合作运营模式下增加的成本与增加的收益来源;其次,在深入分析各参与主体合作博弈行为的基础上,建立了工业园区多参与主体合作博弈的模型及其效用函数,提出了合作剩余计算方法;提出了基于Shapley值的工业园区综合能源系统成本分摊及收益分配方法;最后,通过仿真算例验证了所述方法的有效性和公平性.%Fair and reasonable cost sharing and income allocation are the focuses of the participants in an integrated energy system(IES)of industrial park.Firstly,the characteristics of the independent operation and cooperative operation modes in the IES of the in-dustrial park are analyzed,and the increased costs and increased revenue sources under the cooperative operation model are deeply ana-lyzed.Secondly,the in-depth analysis of the cooperative game behavior of the participating parties is conducted.On the basis of this,a model of multi-participant cooperation game in industrial parks and its utility function are established,and a method for calculation of cooperation surplus is proposed;a method of cost allocation and income allocation for industrial parks based on the Shapley value is proposed.Finally,a simulation example is given to verify the validity and fairness of the method.
