电网公司投资分布式光伏发电系统的典型运营模式分析

         

摘要

The typical operation mode of distributed photovoltaic(PV)generation invested by the power grid corporation is analyzed.Based on the latest energy and electric policy,the business operation modes and the corresponding income sources are summarized.The cost/benefit predicting and calculating method for three typical operation modes are proposed,i.e."local utilization and surplus injected into power grid" mode," all injected into power grid" mode and " trade in the market" mode.Taking the conditions and parameters of Guizhou province as an example,a quantitative analysis is carried out.The initial investment,annual income,static payback time of distributed PV at various typical modes are calculated.The parametric sensitivity of distributed PV system construction cost per kW,local distributed PV annual utilization hours,distributed PV subsidy,distributed PV local utilization ratio and users'elec-tricity tariff are analyzed.%针对电网公司投资运营分布式光伏发电的典型模式进行了分析.依据现行能源与电力政策,系统总结和分析了分布式光伏发电项目可行的商业运营模式及其收益来源,提出了"自发自用、余量上网"、"全额上网"、"市场化交易"等模式下预期成本和收益计算方法.以贵州省典型参数为例进行了量化分析,得到了分布式光伏发电在各种典型模式下的初始成本、年收益、静态投资回收期等,并对分布式光伏发电系统的单位典型造价、项目所在地的光伏发电年利用小时数、光伏发电补贴、用户电价等对项目经济性的影响进行了分析.
