研究了施用微生物发酵有机肥对番茄产量、品质和土壤养分、微生物群落的影响.结果表明,微生物发酵有机肥+50%化肥比对照(不施肥)增产95.58%,比常规施肥增产47.56%;单施微生物发酵有机肥比对照增产68.70%,比常规施肥增产27.28%.微生物发酵有机肥可以显著降低番茄的硝酸盐含量,增加Vc、还原性糖、番茄红素、可溶性固形物含量,从而提高了番茄品质.能明显提高土壤有机质、碱解氮、速效钾、速效磷含量,降低土壤硝态氮含量,增强土壤酶的活性,可显著增加三大微生物类群的数量,从而提高土壤综合肥力.也可显著提高经济效益.可作为一种生产无公害蔬菜的施肥技术推广应用.%The effect of applying micro-fermentation of organic fertilizer on yield and quality of tomato, soil nutrients and microbiological changes were investigated in this study. The results showed that micro-fermentation of organic fertilizer significantly increased yields of tomatoes and its increase production rate was 95. 58% , which was up to 47. 56% improved compared with conventional fertilization; The production rate of only micro-fermentation of organic fertilizer applied was up to 68. 70% , which was also up to 27. 28% improved compared with conventional fertilization. Micro-fermentation of organic fertilizer could significantly reduce the mount of nitrate and increase the mount of Vc, reductional carbohydrate, lycopene, soluble solids, improve the quality of tomato consequently; Besides, it also could increase the mount of soil organic matter, available N, available P, available K and the activity of soil enzymes, but reduce the mount of nitric nitrogen; Furthermore , the micro-fermentation of organic fertilizer could significantly increase the amount of the three major microbial groups, thereby improve the soil fertility and economic effect. The analysis showed that the micro-fermentation of organic fertilizer could be as a method of fertilization for pollution-free vegetables in agricultural production.
