四川省临床医生对医学统计的认知和需求

摘要

Objective Explore the cognition and demands of clinicians in medical statistical knowledge.Methods Conduct questionnaire survey through 610 clinicians among some tertiary hospitals, secondary hospitals and basic medical and health institutions in Sichuan province. Results 64.0% clinicians had been trained systematically with medical statistical textbooks, 27.3% clinicians could manage corresponding statistical methods, 47.8% clinicians would consult statistical professors while encountering statistical-related design problems, and 80.5% clinicians hope to be aided by guidance of statistical research design as well as service of data analysis. Conclusions Clinicians in Sichuan require further cognition in medical statistics, and they share great demands of medical statistical analysis.%[目的]探讨临床医生对医学统计知识的认知和需求。[方法]对四川省部分三级医院、二级医院、基层医疗卫生机构610名临床医生进行问卷调查。[结果]64.0%的临床医生系统学过医学统计教材，27.3%能正确使用相应统计方法，47.8%遇到统计设计问题时请教咨询统计专家，80.5%希望获得统计研究设计的指导和数据分析处理的服务。[结论]四川省临床医生对医学统计的认知不足，对医学统计服务有较大的需求。
