从“统战体制合作”到“政党体制合作”——新世纪新阶段多党合作发展的前瞻性思考

中国共产党领导的多党合作制度是我国一项基本政治制度,党派合作模式问题是多党合作制度发展的核心问题。新中国成立后,我国选择＂统战体制合作＂的党派合作模式,不仅体现了社会历史条件的客观要求,而且显示出了这一制度安排的长处和优势。新世纪、新阶段,多党合作制度的完善与发展,应坚持科学发展观,遵循人类政治文明发展的总趋势,逐步实现向＂政党体制合作＂的合作模式转变。%The multi-party cooperation system under the leadership of the CPC is a basic political system in our country,yet the party cooperation model is the core problem of the multi-party cooperation system development.After the founding of our People＇s Republic,we choose the cooperation model of ＂United Front-based systematic Cooperation＂,which not only embodies the social and historical conditions of the objective requirements,but also shows the systematic arrangement strengths and advantage.At the new stage of the new century,the multi-party cooperation system should be gradually developed from the party cooperation model to ＂political party-systematic cooperation＂by insisting on scientific development outlook and following the general human trend of the development of political civilization.
