The Second Sino-Japanese War has left indelible influence on the world political and military framework. Politically, it pushed China to the world stage and made it rise into a political power. The war transformed the relationship between China and the West which had been distorted since the modern times;it rewrote the history of European and Amer-ican countries who have been dominating the international affairs;it promoted the development of new international relation-ships based on dialogue and consultation.
