正向影响力最大化与学校德育活动的三个维度

     

摘要

The moral education in school is composed of three dimensions:direction, size and function.The direc-tion of the moral education is the inherent rule of the moral education, and it is the basis of the positive influence of moral education;the size of moral education is the external rule of the amount of moral education, and it is the foundation of the positive influence of moral education;the function of moral education is the rule of the degree of moral education, and it is the necessary condition of the positive influence of moral education.To achieve the maximization of positive influence of moral education or to keep moral education out of the inefficient way, it is necessary to dynamically construct and realize the organic unity of quality, quantity, degree of moral education in the practice of school moral education.%学校德育活动由方向、大小、作用点三个维度构成。德育活动的方向是德育活动质的内在规定性,是德育活动正向影响力最大化的根本;德育活动的大小是德育活动量的外在规定性,是德育活动正向影响力最大化的基础;德育活动的作用点是德育活动度的规定性,是德育活动正向影响力最大化的必要条件。要实现德育活动正向影响力的最大化或者说德育活动走出低效的出路,就是在学校德育的实践中,动态地建构和实现德育活动质、量、度的有机统一。
