基于互联网+区域云影像技术，探索建立帮扶型医疗联合体

摘要

克拉玛依周边地区部分县级和团场医院，影像(放射、CT、核磁、心电、病理)诊断技术力量较为薄弱，严重制约了县级和团场医院能力的提升。随着公立医院深化改革，利用互联网+区域云影像技术，探索地市级医院和县级医院之间建立一种新型的帮扶型医疗联合体，帮助县级和团场医院克服影像诊断技术力量短缺的困境，同时通过医疗联合体形式帮助他们提升其医疗诊断技术能力。%Weak imaging diagnostic technology (Radiology, CT, MRI, electrocardiogram and pathology) has hindered the improvement of some county and military farm hospitals in the surrounding are of Karamay. With the deepening of the reform of public hospitals, using Internet plus regional cloud image technology to explore the establishment of a new type of medical assistance combination between municipal hospitals and county hospitals could help county and military farm hospitals to overcome the shortage of diagnostic imaging technique and meanwhile help them improve their ability of medical diagnosis technology through medical consortium.
