极数对永磁无刷直流电动机性能影响的研究

         

摘要

从永磁无刷直流电动机的基本工作原理出发,设计了电机模型的主要参数.在电机极数为4极,充磁方式分别为径向和平行时,研究了它们各自气隙磁密的谐波、反电动势和瞬态电磁力矩.在永磁无刷直流电动机数学模型的基础上,计算了4极和8极电机的各个物理量,得到了它们各自的相电流波形、电磁力矩波形,并对其进行了对比分析研究.%The major parameters of permanent magnet brushless DC motor (PMBLDCM) model was designed on its basic operation principle. While magnetic lines of force of the four poles motors were radial or parallel, harmonic of their air gap magnetic flux density,back-EMF and transient electromagnet torque were researched. Based on the mathematical model of BLDCM, the physical quantities of two kinds of motor whose poles were designed four and eight were calculated in the software Ansoft 12. Comparabive analysis of the waveforms of the phase current and electromagnetic torque that were got by calculation was studied.
