基于LCC的超声波电动机驱动电路分析

摘要

对基于LCC的超声波电动机驱动电路进行了初步的探讨.仿真和实验证明此电路的有效性.所提基于LCC的驱动电路为超声波电动机的驱动电路优化、性能提高和控制提供了理论基础,为电机控制性能的提升打下了基础.%A driving circuit based on LCC was presented in this paper for ultrasonic motor(USM) driving. Simulation and experiment results of the circuit were provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed circuit. The driving circuit based on LCC provides theoretical basis of optimization, performance and control method of ultrasonic motor drive.
