In this paper, to reduce cogging force in permanent magnet linear motors, an optimized method was proposed , which was based on pole-arc coefficient. In the first place, the analytical expression of the cogging force was gotten using energy method and Fourier expansion. The method by properly selecting pole-arc coefficient for reducing the cogging force was analyzed based on the expression. Finally, it was simulated by using Ansoft. The simulation results show that the optimized pole-arc coefficient makes the cogging force improved.%为了削弱永磁直线电动机的齿槽力,提出了改变极弧系数削弱齿槽力的方法.首先,利用能量法和傅里叶分解得到永磁直线电动机齿槽力的解析表达式,在此基础上,分析了通过合理选择极弧系数减小齿槽力的方法.最后利用有限元软件Ansoft进行了仿真验证.结果表明:优化后的极弧系数能使永磁直线电动机的齿槽力得到改善.
