基于dsPIC30F6014A的柴油发电机组综合监测平台

摘要

设计了针对柴油发电机组的综合监测平台,实现了机组控制模块和监测计算机间的通信.以dsPIC30F6014A为主控芯片,设计了提供输入信号的数据采集模块和实现通讯的CAN、USB接口电路.编制了相应的上位机、通讯和下位机软件.对各模块和整体的测试表明,所设计的监测平台工作正常,满足各项性能指标.%A comprehensive monitoring platform for diesel generator set was designed for the communication between unit control module and monitor computer.The data acquisition module,providing input signal and the interface circuit using CAN and USB for communication were designed using dsPIC30F6014A as main control chip.The corresponding software of upper computer,communication module and lower computer were compiled.Tests for each module and the overall system show that the monitoring platform work well and meet various performance indicators.
