多电平变换器在电动汽车驱动系统中的应用

         

摘要

多电平变换器(尤其是中点箝位型和级联型)在电动汽车和混合动力车驱动控制系统中得到了长足的发展应用.在电动汽车中,多电平变换器开关工作在基频状态下,提供了近乎正弦的低扰动的输出电压波形,并且输出电压几乎没有电磁干扰和共模电压,这就提高了驾驶的舒适性和整车的安全性,多电平变换器完全适合应用于电动汽车和混合动力车.文章分析了多电平变换器在电动汽车和混合动力车驱动控制系统中的几种拓扑结构,并简述了适合这些架构的控制技术.%The development of multilevel inverters applied for electric vehicle ( EV) and hybrid - electric vehicle (HEV) motor drives were introduced, especially the neutral-point-clamped converters and cascaded H-bridge converters. Multilevel inverter provided nearly sinusoidal voltages with very low distortion by using only fundamental frequency switching. The multilevel inverters had almost no electromagnetic interference (EMI) and common-mode voltage,which made the EV more comfortable and safer for driver. Multilevel inverters were completely applicable in EV or HEV drive system. Several topologies of multilevel inverter for EV motor drive system were introduced, and several kinds of high-performance control strategies used for multilevel inverter were proposed.
