基于Buck ZVS-QRC的小型风力发电控制器研究

         

摘要

The shortcomings of small wind power generation system controller base on Buck circuit were analyzed. In view of these shortcomings and combined with the actual performance requirements ,1.5 kW wind power generation system controller was designed. The controller was base on the full wave, M type of buck zero voltage switching quasi-resonant converter ( ZVS-QRC) . The components of the controller were introduced. Principle, process and characteristics of the converter were analyzed. The battery charging current, MOSFET drain-ource voltage, MOSFET drive voltage etc. experiment waveforms were obtained. Waveform analysis shows the controller has excellent performance. The controller is smaller, cheaper and more efficient in the same power.%分析了基于通用Buck电路的小型风力发电控制器的缺点.针对该缺点并结合实际性能要求,设计了1.5 kW风力发电控制器.该控制器是以Buck零电压准谐振变换器(ZVS-QRC)的全波M型为主要电路结构.介绍了控制器的系统组成,详细分析了主电路的工作原理、过程和特点,得到了蓄电池充电电流,MOSFET管驱动电压、漏源极电压等实验波形.波形分析表明,以该变换器为主电路的控制器具有优异的性能,在相同功率下其体积减小、变换效率提高、成本降低.
