The method of single current regulator was first put forward to solving the poor performance of PMSM(permanent magnet synchronous motor) at high speed operation region due to the d-q current cross coupling effect.The possibility of using that method was analyzed according to the mathematical model of PMSM.A new kind of q-axis voltage given method was put forward to improving the maximum torque capability and the control performance of the system.The method is verified by the results of simulation and experiment.%单电流调节器弱磁控制主要针对永磁同步电机高速运行时因交直轴电流高度耦合而导致调速性能变差的问题提出.根据永磁同步电机数学模型从理论上分析了其单电流弱磁控制的可行性,并针对电机单电流调节器弱磁控制时带载能力弱的问题提出了一种全新的q轴电压给定方法,改善单电流调节器弱磁控制性能.仿真分析和实验结果证明了该方法的正确性和可行性.
