降低转矩脉动的六相感应电机直接转矩控制

         

摘要

针对基于二电平逆变器驱动的非对称六相感应电机(ASIM)的低次转矩脉动问题,提出了一种降低转矩脉动的ASIM改进型直接转矩控制.分析了传统直接转矩控制应用在ASIM驱动时产生电流谐波的原因,并在传统直接转矩控制的基础上引入了2个虚拟电压矢量,辅以x-y子空间磁链位置信息实现了开关矢量输出优化,显著降低转矩脉动.基于ASIM驱动实验平台开展了与传统直接转矩控制的对比实验,实验结果验证了新型直接转矩控制在优化转矩脉动的同时,保留了直接转矩控制结构简单和暂态性能好的优点.%Aiming at the problem of low-order torque ripple of asymmetric six-phase induction motor(ASIM)driven by two-level inverter,an improved ASIM direct torque control with reduced torque ripple was proposed.The current har-monic distribution generated by the traditional direct torque control application in the ASIM drive system had been ana-lyzed,and two virtual voltage vectors on the basis of the traditional direct torque control had been introduced.In order to optimize output switching vector,the x-y subspace flux linkage information had been used,so the torque ripple was signifi-cantly reduced.Based on the ASIM-driven test platform,the comparison experiment with the traditional direct torque con-trol was carried out.The experimental results showed that the new direct torque control was effective in optimizing the torque ripple while keeping the direct torque control structure simple and transient response well.
